SCRIPTS
It is the policy of the doctors at Robert Broom Medical Centre not to provide telephonic scripts readily. Patients are requested to rather book a consultation. In the event that a script is requested, preference will be given to patients in the consulting room. Please allow 24 hours for issue of script. The Doctors reserve the right to charge a fee to issue a script.
NEW PATIENTS
All new patients are required to complete a Patient Information form, as well as a copy of the following documents - ID document/Driver’s license Medical Aid card.
PRIVATE PATIENTS
All new patients are required to complete a Patient Information form, as well as a copy of the following documents - ID document/ Driver’s License. Consultations are paid either by credit card or cash. No electronic transmissions.
